Learning should feel like something. I made the choice to work in learning design because I could not stop noticing that training was boring and uneventful, and I wanted to change that.

I build the other kind.

Scenario based. Visually intentional. Grounded in real learning theory and graphic design thinking. My courses treat the learner like an intelligent adult and the material like it actually matters. If the learner checks out, nothing else you built matters.

Right now I am most energized by what AI makes possible in learning design. Not AI as a gimmick but AI as a force multiplier for craft. I sit on enterprise AI Governance committees, have evaluated Claude, ChatGPT, HeyGen and Synthesia at the enterprise level, and I am actively growing into the role of AI Creative Technologist.
