About Jeanne Noe

I have been in learning design for over 15 years and the thing that has never changed is this: I cannot stand boring training. Never could.

It started in the classroom, where I watched people check out the moment content stopped connecting to something real. That experience never left me. It is why every course I build today is scenario based, visually intentional, and designed to treat the learner like an intelligent adult who has better things to do than click through slides.

My background is a little unusual. I come from graphic design, web design and game design as much as instructional design, which means I think about how something looks and feels just as much as what it teaches. There is real learning theory underneath everything I build. It just does not look like it. That is the point.

Right now I am most excited about what AI makes possible. I have evaluated enterprise AI tools at the governance level, built GenAI workflows that cut development time by 40%, and I am actively growing into the space where learning design and creative technology meet. That is where I am headed and I intend to get there fast.
