That perspective started in the classroom, where it was clear that people engage when content connects to something real. That foundation still shapes how I design today, but the work has evolved to meet the needs of modern organizations.

I now focus on AI enablement, governance, and modern learning design—building solutions that help organizations develop capability and support better decision making.

My approach is grounded in application. Scenario based learning, decision making, and real world context are central to how I build. The goal is not information transfer. It is capability that shows up in behavior.

I also integrate AI into my workflow to accelerate development, prototype ideas, and scale content more effectively. This allows for faster iteration and more responsive learning solutions.

The most meaningful work is the kind that takes foundational knowledge and translates it into practical, scalable experiences that reflect how people actually work today.
